This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and AppCatz (the “Company”) governing the use of the AppCatz application (the “Application”), which can be purchased on Atlassian’s Marketplace and installed on Confluence and Jira servers. This EULA also applies to the extent the Application interoperates with applicable Atlassian Products, as defined in the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use. By installing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

  1. Grant of License – Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely for your internal business purposes in conjunction with your licensed copy of the applicable Atlassian Products. This license is granted for the duration of your valid license to use the Atlassian Products.
  2. Restrictions on Use – You may not, and you may not permit others to: a. Copy, distribute, or modify the Application, except as expressly authorized in this EULA or by applicable law; b. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law; c. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Application; d. Use the Application for any illegal, unauthorized, or unintended purposes; e. Use the Application to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others; f. Use the Application to transmit or store any viruses, malware, or other malicious code; g. Rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the Application to any third party; h. Use the Application in a manner that violates the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use or any other applicable terms and conditions.
  3. Intellectual Property Rights – The Application is protected by intellectual property laws and treaties. The Company retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights or intellectual property rights in the Application.
  4. Support and Updates – The Company may provide support services and updates for the Application at its sole discretion. Such services and updates may be subject to additional terms and conditions as determined by the Company.
  5. Limitation of Liability – To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Application.
  6. Termination – This EULA is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this agreement immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and uninstall it from your Confluence and Jira servers.
  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction – This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of State of Queensland, Australia. The terms of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods do not apply to this EULA.
  8. Entire Agreement – This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Application and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or representations, whether oral or written.
  9. Severability – If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
  10. Amendments – The Company reserves the right to amend or modify this EULA at any time. Any amendments or modifications will
